1. NZIW Ltd offer a full 2 year replacement manufacturing warranty on all gazebo frames and parts,1 year on gazebo awning. Some exclusions apply*
2. The Buyer must Check the Item Immediately and Report any Damages or Faults to the Seller within 3 days of receiving the item. NZIW reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
3. NZIW Ltd will Replace or Repair where possible or a Refund will be offered where a replacement is not available.
4. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
5. All accessories and bonus/Free items are not covered by warranty. E.g. Carry Bags, Guy Ropes, Pegs etc…
6. Side Wall tabs (Velcro that wraps around the leg) are not covered under warranty.
7. Invoices will be required as proof of purchase.
8. Warranty is valid in New Zealand only.
9. NZIW adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts and do our best to provide service that goes above and beyond these Act`s requirements.
*Excludes commercial use or any other exclusions outlined below.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
1. Normal Wear & Tear.
2. Misuse, Abuse or Use of a Product for which it was Not Designed.
3. Neglect and Careless Storage.
4. Unauthorised Repairs.
1. The Buyer must check the item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by Email within 3 days of receiving the item. NZIW reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
2. Photos or other forms of evidence may be requested from the Buyer as proof of damage.
3. The Buyer is liable for the Return Costs of Faulty/Damaged Products under Warranty.
4. NZIW is liable for sending the Replacement item Back to buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not to be faulty
5. Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
6. NZIW must receive all returns within 14 days from accepted delivery. If an item is returned after the 14 days from accepted delivery, we reserve the right to refuse claims made after this time frame. Item returns to be approved and authorized by Seller before an arranged return is executed.
1. Refunds will only be offered on items that cannot be replaced or repaired within a reasonable timeframe
2. Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
3. Refunds will not be offered if the buyer changes their mind.
4. Original Freight / Courier Charges are non-refundable
